Product solutions for aviation
Matzen & Timm has been one of the most important suppliers to the aviation industry for more than 40 years - thanks to its high level of development expertise and reliable handling of complex qualification requirements. As a long-standing certified partner, we supply high-temperature hoses, suction hoses and coolant hoses, among other things. These are used in applications such as air distribution, vacuum toilets and bleed air systems - for almost all types of aircraft. Our high standards are continuously monitored.
All aviation parts comply with FAR/JAR 25.853 (b) and ATS 100.001/ABD 0031.
Matzen & Timm is qualified as a QSF-C supplier by Airbus Germany.
Product solutions for the automotive industry
For automotive applications, we manufacture silicone hoses, bellows, exhaust air hoses for cooling water systems, for clean air ducting, for heating and ventilation as well as air conditioning.
Our parts can be found in commercial vehicles, buses, sports cars and in special vehicle construction.
One particular area is applications for motorsport and rallying (DTM, 24-hour races at Le Mans and the Nürburgring)
Product solutions for the rail vehicle industry
For rail vehicles, we develop and manufacture high-temperature hoses, silicone hoses, suction hoses for cooling water systems, engine technology and brake ventilation - for various vehicle types and a wide range of applications.
We also supply halogen-free products.
Our products comply with the requirements of DIN 5510-2, ISO 5659-2 and NF F 16-101 and also meet the conditions of the European fire protection standard CEN/TS 45545.
