Whether prototype, pre-series or large series - we support your project from the initial idea to series production. With modern CAD systems, precise toolmaking and a high proportion of manual production, we realize customer-specific hoses, moulded parts and bellows, even for small and medium quantities.
Individual production by experienced specialists creates the necessary flexibility to reliably implement complex geometries and demanding requirements. The focus is on efficiency, precision and cost-effectiveness. Thanks to state-of-the-art design tools, in-house tool expertise and precision craftsmanship, we are able to serve even demanding niche markets quickly and economically - even with constantly changing material and design requirements. We confirm and document the quality of our products using in-house test benches (e.g. climate chamber, pressure test benches for overpressure/underpressure tests, leakage tests, tensile tests, fire tests or movement tests)

Our hoses are manufactured by hand on an industrial scale. The precisely cut plastic sheets are carefully wrapped around a rotating mandrel, layer by layer. Depending on the type of hose, the blank is additionally reinforced with steel wire, which is also precisely applied by hand. The final step is vulcanization. At temperatures well above 100 degrees, the individual layers fuse together to create a high-strength, high-tech hose. The result is a product that meets the exact requirements and offers maximum precision, reliability and performance. It often takes several employees to remove the finished hose from the mandrel, as the shape and fit are so precise.

Extreme temperatures, aggressive media or high mechanical loads: We select materials precisely according to your requirements. Depending on the conditions of use, we rely on a wide range of high-quality technical fabrics and knitted fabrics. These include glass, polyamide, polyester, high-performance fibers such as Nomex® and Kevlar® as well as ceramic materials.
For coatings, we use specialized elastomers such as silicone, Neoprene®, Hypolon®, Viton®, Nitril® or butyl. In combination with single or multi-layer structures and optional steel wire spirals, we create durable, high-performance products with maximum reliability.

Our processes and products are certified in accordance with DIN EN 9100:2018, the international quality management standard for aviation. This certification is equivalent to AS 9100D and JISQ 9100:2016, including ISO 9001:2015, and covers the development, manufacture and distribution of special hoses, bellows, molded parts and sleeves. It confirms our expertise in the development, manufacture and sale of sophisticated elastomer-coated special products and underlines our commitment to precision, reliability and sustainability.
The certificate was issued by TÜV Rheinland. It is valid until June 11, 2027.
