Current information on the delivery situation
The current geopolitical situation in the Middle East and the associated challenges on international trade routes are of great concern to us as a globally active industrial company. As a precautionary measure, we would like to inform you about the current status and our measures.
Whether hose, bellows, sleeve or molded part: for many decades, we have been offering our customers precisely fitting flexible solutions for almost all connection issues. We use high-quality synthetic rubber materials such as neoprene or silicone.
Our products are used wherever precision and special resilience are required. These include, in particular, the aviation industry, which continues to develop dynamically, the automotive sector and rail transportation.
Almost all products are customized special designs.
As a manufacturer with its own development department, the value chain covers all stages from design and prototyping through to series production. We are happy to advise you before and during product development on feasibility and alternatives as well as on the properties and areas of application of the materials we use.
We produce at our sites in Norderstedt (Germany), Plana (Czech Republic) and soon also in Casblanca (Morocco).

Matzen & Timm is internationally positioned and combines regional expertise with a global presence. At our headquarters in Norderstedt (Germany) and at our production site in Plana (Czech Republic), we develop and manufacture high-quality solutions for demanding applications. With the planned location in Casablanca (Morocco), we are expanding our international network and strengthening our proximity to customers and markets worldwide.
Norderstedt (Germany)
The Norderstedt site is the headquarters of Matzen & Timm and the center for development, engineering and quality assurance. This is where innovative solutions are created, developed together with customers and accompanied through to series production.
With decades of experience, a high level of development expertise and a deep understanding of the industry, the foundations are laid in Norderstedt for products that are used worldwide - particularly in aviation and other demanding industrial applications.
Casablanca (Morocco)
Masterduct Morocco is a subsidiary of the Masterflex Group, which is investing around three million euros in a new plant in the MIDPARC free trade zone near Casablanca. Production space, offices and at least 65 new jobs will be created on an area of around 4,000 m².
Organizationally, the site belongs to Matzen & Timm. From 2026, we will be supplying our customers with molded parts, bellows and hoses that are developed in Germany and manufactured in Morocco.
Plana (Czech Republic)
Masterflex Česko s.r.o. in Plana has been part of the Masterflex Group and sales office for the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2007 and is an important part of Matzen & Timm's international production structure.
High-quality hoses, bellows and molded parts for demanding applications are produced here in modern production areas.
